iCarMode: Dashboard Assistant App Reviews

This App clearly follows the less is more law for safety while driving. Is the closest youll have to CarPlay in your iPhone. Very excited to see more straight forward functionality in the music section and the Podcast section they are working on.

Where is the iPhone 6 screen support?

**I havent tested any other feature except the music portion** As for the music portion of the app, I love the big buttons and I dont have to look for the next button. I also love the day/night background change, so my eyes dont hurt with a glaring white light in my face while I drive at night Id say the only thing that irks me is when I wanna repeat a song and hit the back button, it goes back to the previous song it played before and I have to hit the next button to play the song I wanted to repeat but other than that its pretty good

Supposed to make using the phone easier while driving. I didnt find it helpful. Setup is confusing.

This app could have been so great. However, a few issues make it pretty much useless. Music : theres no scrubbing bar, only previous next and play. You cant choose audiobooks unless you did into the advanced search which essentially uses the main music app. GPS : you can launch Waze, and thats awesome, but once its launched there is no easy to get back to icarmode. So if you want to change music while you are using waze, you cant do that unless you go back to the main music app. Shazam: same here. Once its launched theres no way to go back to the app without exiting out of Shaman then tapping the icarmode icon on the phone.

Great ui...Awesome that it has a custom app button....few more tweaks and could be perfect.... Could use few more customization options like ability to choose which music app to use when those default buttons are pressed..ability to add another page of custom buttons....custom background would be nice. App is very stable. By far best car app on app store and looks to be getting better all the time.

Looks great, just needs app integrations such as Spotify, Pandora, Waze, etc. Not just opening up a separate app which completely defeats the purpose of a car mode app.

Lots of crashing, trouble adding contacts, big buttons to open other apps rather than true integration
